Ukuhlola okubonakalayo kuyindlela yokuqala neqonde kakhulu yokulawula ikhwalithi yokulingisa. Kubandakanya ukuhlolwa okuphelele kwendawo yokulingisa ukuze kutholakale noma yiziphi izinkinga ezibonakalayo ezifana nalezi:

Ama-Surface Cracks:Imifantu emincane ebusweni engabonisa ingcindezi yangaphakathi noma ukupholisa okungafanele.

I-Porosity:Ukuba khona kwezimbobo ezincane noma ama-voids ngenxa yegesi evaleleke phakathi nenqubo yokuphonsa.

Ukuhlolwa Kwekhwalithi Kwangaphakathi

Ukuqinisekisa ikhwalithi yangaphakathi yokulingisa, kusetshenziswa izindlela ezimbalwa ukuze kutholwe amaphutha angaphansi komhlaba angabonakali ngeso lenyama. Lezi zindlela zihlanganisa:

I-X-ray Radiography:Le nqubo isebenzisa ama-X-ray ukukhiqiza izithombe zesakhiwo sangaphakathi sokubunjwa. Isebenza kahle kakhulu ekutholeni imifantu yangaphakathi, i-porosity, ne-inclusions.

Ukuhlolwa kwe-Ultrasonic (UT):Amagagasi e-Ultrasonic asakazwa ngokusakaza, futhi imibukiso iyahlaziywa ukuze kuhlonzwe noma yikuphi ukungaqhubeki kwangaphakathi noma amaphutha.

I-Computed Tomography (CT) Ukuskena: Uhlobo oluthuthuke kakhulu lwe-X-ray radiography oluhlinzeka ngesithombe se-3D sokusakaza, okuvumela ukuhlaziya okuningiliziwe kwezici zangaphakathi.

Ukuhlola Okungabhubhisi (NDT)

Izindlela zokuhlola ezingalimazi zibalulekile ekuhloleni ikhwalithi yokulingisa ngaphandle kokudala umonakalo ezingxenyeni. Izindlela ezivame kakhulu ze-NDT zifaka:

Ukuhlolwa Kwezinhlayiya Ezizibuthe (MPT): Le ndlela ihilela ukwenza i-casting ibe yizibuthe nokusebenzisa izinhlayiya eziyinsimbi phezulu. Noma yikuphi ukukhubazeka okungaphezulu noma okuseduze kuzobangela ukuthi izinhlayiya zinqwabelane, kuzenze zibonakale ngaphansi kokukhanya kwe-ultraviolet.

Ukuhlolwa kwe-Dye Penetrant (DPT): Udayi owuketshezi usetshenziswa ebusweni bokubunjwa. Ngemva kwesikhathi esithile sokuhlala, udayi owedlulele uyasuswa, bese kusetshenziswa umthuthukisi. Noma yimaphi amaphutha azokwenza ukuthi udayi uphume, uveze amaphutha.

Ukuhlolwa Kwamanje kwe-Eddy (ECT): Le ndlela isebenzisa ukungeniswa kwe-electromagnetic ukuthola ukukhubazeka okungaphezulu naseduze kobuso ezintweni ezisebenza kahle.

Izinhlobo ezahlukene zokulingisa zidinga izindlela ezithile zokuhlola ezisekelwe ekusetshenzisweni kwazo kanye nezakhiwo zezinto ezibonakalayo. Nazi izibonelo ezimbalwa:

Izingxenye Zezimoto: Izingxenye ezibalulekile ezifana namabhuloki enjini, amakhanda amasilinda, nezingxenye ezimisiwe ngokuvamile zihlolwa kusetshenziswa i-X-ray radiography nokuhlolwa kwe-ultrasonic ukuze kuqinisekiswe ukuthi zingakwazi ukumelana nezingcindezi zokusebenza.
